You must have reached the age of majority in your country to be able to create an account on REALIFE APP and use the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
• you can conclude a contract creating obligations with REALIFE APP
• you are not a person who is prohibited from using the Service under Swiss law or any other applicable jurisdiction
• you will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations, and
• you have never been convicted of or contested any allegations of a felony, a crime of a sexual nature or involving violence, and you are not required to register as a sex offender with any sex offender registry at the level state, federal or local.
While REALIFE APP strives to encourage a respectful user experience, we are not responsible for the conduct of any user in or outside of the Service. You agree to be careful in all of your interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to chat outside of the Service or to meet in person. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your payment card or bank account information), wire money or otherwise send money to other users.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. you understand that REALIFE does not perform any criminal history checks on its users or otherwise investigate the history of its users. REALIFE makes no representations or warranties as to user conduct.
REALIFE APP reserves the right to - and you agree that REALIFE may - perform a criminal background check or other selections (such as searches in the registry). of sexual offenders) at all times using publicly available records.
You agree that any information you submit when creating your account is accurate and truthful and that you have the right to post Content on the Service and to grant REALIFE the aforementioned license.
You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any Content that you post as part of a Service. We may remove any Content, in whole or in part, if, in our sole judgment, it violates this Agreement or is likely to damage the reputation of the Service.
In all communication with our customer service representatives, you agree to be respectful and friendly. In consideration for REALIFE's permission to use the Service, you agree that we, our affiliates and third party partners may place advertisements on the Service. On the other hand, REALIFE will never use your data for commercial purposes (no sale of data)
You agree that REALIFE may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if we are required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary, in order to: (i) respect a legal process; (ii) enforce this Agreement; (iii) respond to any claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your customer service requests; or (v) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company or any other person.
By using the Service, you agree that you will refrain from:
• use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.
• to use the Service for malicious or harmful purposes.
• to use the Service in order to harm REALIFE.
• send junk mail, solicit money from any users or defraud them.
• to imitate any person or entity or to publish any images of another person without their permission.
• to persecute, stalk, intimidate, attack, harass, mistreat or defame any person.
• publish any Content that violates or infringes the rights of anyone, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual or contractual property rights.
• post any Content constituting hateful, threatening, or pornographic speech; inciting violence or containing nudity, graphic or gratuitous violence.
• publish content that includes racist, intolerant, hateful or encourages physical violence against a particular group or person.
• solicit passwords for any purpose, or personally identifiable information for commercial or illegal purposes from other users or disseminate another person's personal information without their permission.
• use another user's account.
• create another account if we have already terminated your account, unless you have our permission.
REALIFE reserves the right to investigate and / or terminate your account without refunding your purchases if you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service, or behaved in a way that REALIFE considers inappropriate or illegal. , including in the event of actions or communications occurring outside the Service.
Although REALIFE reserves the right to review and remove any Content that violates this Agreement, such Content is the sole responsibility of the user who posts it, and REALIFE cannot guarantee that all Content will comply with the this Agreement. In the event of a dispute between a user of the application and REALIFE, the user accepts that the trial takes place in the country of the REALIFE parent company.
